Relax in the simple comfort of our bright country cottage, and begin your day with a delicious island breakfast made with care. The cottage is available by the night, or by the week It is self contained and self catering. That means the cottage stands alone, and you’ll have the privacy of  having your own small house with an equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining area, private entrance and yard.

The proprietors, Amy and Larry Melious, live on the property as well. They are working artists with home studios, and enjoy sharing a bit of the gulf islands with guests of the B&B cottage.

• Kitchen; Including dishes, cookware, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, bean grinder, teapot, electric popcorn popper, teas, some spices and condiments.
• Dining area.
• Cable television with DVD/VCR available.
• 1 bathroom: Sink, toilet, custom rock and tile shower. No tub.
• Washer/dryer available for long stays (at least one week).

• There is some cell service on the island, but it is limited.
• No smoking, pets on approval, children welcome.

location:

• Ganges, Salt Spring Island, Gulf Islands, British Columbia.
• The nearest major cities are Victoria, Vancouver and Seattle, in that order.
• Nearest major airports are the same, in the same order.
• The cottage is set on 4.25 rural acres, yet just a couple of minutes by car to Ganges village. It's about 25 minutes, walking, to the village or a quiet beach.
• Ganges is roughly in the center of Salt Spring Island, and is the main commercial center.
• Vesuvius, on the eastern side of the island, is about 10 minutes by car. Fulford, at the south end, is about 20 minutes.
