Winter extended stay rates- Oct 15-April 15:
$350 /week, $1000/month

Check-in after 3pm. Checkout by 11am.

Please be prepared to provide a credit card to secure your reservation. Deposits/payments may be made by credit card, cash, or check. Inquiries may be made by fax or email. Please include your name, desired dates of arrival and departure, number of guests and a phone number.

IMPORTANT: Be advised that a phone or fax inquiry is NOT considered a reservation, unless and until confirmed by our phone reply.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the date of your reservation.  With at least 14 days notice for cancellations, we will  provide a refund, minus $25 service charge, unless you would like a "rain check" for the full amount, toward a future stay.

A full refund is provided only if we are able to re-book the cottage for the time period of your reservation.
